Are you sure it even has a stat connection? I didn't see any mention of it in the brochure or owners manual for that stove.
not sure fire god I have my manually in front of me the wiring digram just mentions the different sensors etc.

yes fire god I do the stove is 10 years old insert fan control on top push start for ignition next then auger speed next thanks wade p.e.i

They had a kit so you could add the stat option to the dial-a-fire stoves. But in reality they didn't work very well. Kit is very pricey and you could do a digital upgrade for about the same amount.
