Combustion blower should come on when stove is turned on and stay on. You my have a problem with the control board.

When he cleaned it did he remove the burn pot?

I’d pull the combustion blower, clean it and hook it directly to power and watch it run. They can kick on and off when they go bad.

Apologizes! Yes, we replaced the convection blower and i meant to say convection blower (that was replaced) is not spinning again.
Combustion blower works just fine.
Upon shutdown, convection blower kicks on and starts to spin.

On the same side as the combustion blower, up on the back of the chamber, under the hopper. It looks like the high limit sensor only it doesn’t have a reset. And it says 160 on it. Jump them and I think your fan will run.
fan kicked on with your suggestion but the stove didn’t not fire up.
safe to say to replace the part?

You can replace the switch but you can leave it jumped until you get the new one.
