Just got the evolution installed in my dads house. Its heating his house on low very nicely. The stove is pretty quite and so far a great buy. Only issue we had so far is that it says it has a 85 lb hopper. We put one bag and it could hold maybe another 10lbs. I thought it was going to hold maybe close to 2 bags. Its not even close.

ARE THEY IN LOVE WITH 90 deg bends

what is the reason for the up then in the fireplace?

Pellet hopper size
it all depends on the volume density of pellets.
