It was actually a PM and AM event. My woodshed is part of the house, more of a "root cellar". Anyway, it's undercover. Some before and after.

More or less progress.

Doug in CT did all the stacking. Just a little bit of drinking beer as well.

I have not picked up the rake yet. Muther Nature has another idea.

Yes, I know. The vinyl siding is coming soon. Time, time, you can't buy it. It's on the Kenny doo list.

Great timing.
Lots of work in all that wood. I bet it feels as good as it looks good.
Good job.

nice job - nice setup (including the fridge)

KC, the best part is that saw and refrigerator.

KC that works along with the beer fridge! How much wood did you fit in there?

Ok, back to the electronic world. Finally have power back on after 3 days.

What a mess around here. I will post pics of my mess later.

Raybonz asked, how much wood in there? Two cord, It's all red and white oak, with three plus years of season time.

Nice looking wood! And I'm quite envious of the fridge, looks like a good variety, Sierra Nevada and Pabst. :)

Good luck getting everything back to normal KC. Nice work on the wood. Keep us posted on your recovery on power and everything. Stay safe.

KC, good to hear you have power again. Now for the cleanup...

Clean up has been rough. Helped Doug in CT all day Sunday. Tackled some here on Monday, just ran out of steam. Took Tuesday off. Accomplished quite a bite today. Then we had to pick up some loads of red oak from one of my tree guys, for Doug. Doug needs wood, this is not the way we expected it. Right now no rest for the weary.

KC, were you getting out the skis when the snow was falling?

Dennis, and all, I wish I could. Actually, Killington VT opened for skiing this past weekend. I wanted to at least take a rip on the Ski Doo, but it is such a mess around here. I am just worn out. Was supposed to go to NH this weekend and hike and play, maybe a beer or two. Had to cancel, just too much to clean up around here.
