All of the liner sellers I have seen sell pulling cones separately. On my first one I just bashed the end of the liner into a cone shape and attached straps with pop rivets. For the next two I bought a cheap plastic funnel at the dollar store and attached it. Both ways worked fine.
Chimney Liner Depot or Hart's Hearth or a dozen others can fix ya up with a pulling cone but it is a one time never gonna need it again expense for a do-it-yourself installation.
