Any advice on indicators to look for that its time to replace the Cat on the FPX 44? This is my 4th season and it seem to be fine (if it aint broke dont fix it) but got to thinking about this and didnt find any info in the owners manual.

As a point of reference, I sent an email to Travis support and just got this response:

"The combustor will only need replacing if it is crumbling to the point that the exhaust cannot go thru it. As long as the holes are unobstructed the combustor will work great."

Any comments? Experience?
