Yes the boiler is consuming no more power then a pellet stove but you still need to circ. the water so you would need to account for that as well and depending on how that is powered you may need to have enough power to run your oil/gas boiler as well. The other problem you may have is if the power off the generator is clean enough to run the system.
Search threads for generators. There are many. Depending on your system, you may need to power circulating valves too.
