I sold my Craftsman saw last spring, and had been deferring the purchase of a Stihl for as long as possible. Thought maybe a good used saw would appear on Craigslist.
But Saturday, driving into town, I saw a big tree that had fallen by the road, and was available for harvesting, so I had to get one right away.
I finally decided to go with the MS250 instead of the MS270, since it was one pound and $60 lighter (I paid $319).
Works great, a big improvement over the Craftsman in terms of power.
