Keep ot it safe & have a bonfire to quell the wood burning need...
Having a different bbq dinner tonight for the Celebration...

Roasted turkey with a BBQ rub and stuffed with fresh rosemary, sage, orange, lemon, & lime. Using hickory for the smoke flavor.
Have the same inside for aromatics.
Smelling pretty good right now.
