Well I'm in my third year of burning with my Harman XXV.I cleaned it earlier this evening, and I think the igniter went.It wouldn't start after several tries. Not having any starting gel,I started it with my torch. Finally got it to burn, and it seems to be running fine.I flipped the ignition switch to manual, and from what I read,it should only go to low fire and not go out from room temp.If any other owners of this stove has any input as to what I performed, don't hesitate to respond.I will call the dealer where I bought it tomorrow.Wish me luck.
