on my stove there is an opening in the back for an OAK
however when I look inside it just goes thru the cover
the combustion fan is totally open, so I am assuming
it will still be pulling in room air, so what is the advantage?
is it worth messing with??
the stove runs flawlessly, I just see so much on OAK's
that it has me wondering if it would be to my advantage to hook one up
I can easily add one
thoughts?

Mine was the same way my kit came with a piece of flex aluminum that you put on the inside. Mine went from the opening to the bottom of the firebox. Just make sure you seal it up good.

Mine had a knock-out in the cover for running the flex pipe through for the OAK.
