Harman Iron, Maybe Accentra

I've been looking at new pellet stoves but ran across a used one that's a freestanding. It looks to be in very good shape but says it doesn't work. It says "Harman Iron" on the glass lid but it looks like Accentras that I have found pictures of. Does anybody know if this is an Accentra and what the BTU ratings of this stove would be?

The guy had three pellet stoves for sale. He said he bought a building and all three went with it. He said that he had changed the board and igniter and it still didn't work. I went and looked at them and this one really looked good.
