Just purchased a used Harman PC45 stove and installed the stove. I'm using the manual start mode and not using the room temperature sensor. Once the stove starts it runs great and there is a nice tall flame. Then, once the ignitor stops the flame slowly starts to dwindle and the new corn in the back half of the pot pushes the flame to the end of the pot and the flame goes out. We have replaced various gaskets thinking that was the issue however it is still doing the same thing.

Any ideas would be great!

Thanks!

Just a few suggestions if you haven't already done them...
Ensure the stir rod and corn pot and gate are properly installed. If previous owner ran pellets they may have had a different set up.
Check all DIP switches and make sure all are down for corn.
Turn feed rate down a bit.
pc45iIgnitor works great on the corn and stays on even after the flame starts to really get the whole pot of corn burning, not just at auger where wood pellets typically burn.
Download the pc45 manual from Harman if you havent already and follow instrctions to a tee. The manual is lousy but it does help..
Assume the corn is dried to 15% or less.
just some thoughts. PM me if you want to give more info.
