I have the issue of the ash builing up in the burn pot and will not fall over into the ash tray like it did for the first year we had our stove. I scrape and clean my burn pot daily, I also remove and clean the igniter area weekly, exactly the same as I did for the first year, and it ran great. I can't for the life of me figure out why this is happending. It just mounds up and chokes the flames, still get heat but I know it's not as efficient as it was.

It looks much like my stove. I just clean it off daily.

What jackman said and also check the burnpot holes as they maybe full of carbon

My P43 works great, but every morning, or after 3 or 4 hours of calling for high heat mine looks the same. I just scrape off some. Sometimes I will dig into the burning pellets and scrape too, but I usually shut it off to scrape daily.

If the burn pot holes aren't blocked and the bottom of the burn pot is clean, I don't know what position you're setting the auger potentiometer to. If it's too low, the pellets will burn at the bottom of the pot; try increasing the auger potentiometer. If the pellets burn higher up, they'll push the ash into the ash pan.
