HELP!! 3-month old pellet stove went out; not starting

It's cold here in Maine, so I hope someone can help soon. Englander Stoves is closed over the weekend. Our brand new pellet stove went out overnight and is not turning on at all this morning. NO LIGHTS! Sometimes it powers off when the pellets don't feed down all the way, but it always powers back up in that situation. We are getting nothing this morning. The power outlet is functional, so we're wondering if it's a blown fuse. Can't locate where that might be, though. Anyone out there who can help us out?

If it is the igniter....you could always manually start the stove with a torch or one of the gel products. See your manual for a how to on how.

I'm guessing, from the diagrams in the manual, that the fuse is located on the back of the stove behind the rear access panel. However, it took referring to two different pages to draw that conclusion.

The stove model is Englander 25-PDVC and there is no indication of power at all. The indicator lights are not on (and yes, the stove is plugged in). I checked the manual to see where the fuse might be located and had to deduce that it is located behind the panel in back of the stove. Between two children, I have yet to try and check that out.

or you are getting dangerous power surges. do you have a surge protector?

there should be a spare fuse taped to the side of the board , you might have to feel around the front of the board bracket to find it , before using it , visually inspect the wires , especially the ones which lead to the exhauist blowetr to ensure they havent shifted against the exhaust blower housing. if you do not see any wire issues , install the new fuse, power he unit up and see how it does. if it blows the spare , note at what point it blew, was it when plugged in . when powered on . or when the room fan was supposed to start. this will help with troubleshooting, if it does do this please call my shop tomorrow, we open at 8 eastern.

Thank you EVERYONE who responded so quickly and offered great ideas. We actually discovered that the fan was shorting out the fuse and Englander is sending us a replacement fan. The note about the pinched wires is a good one, and I'll check that out when I get home. I also didn't know the stove came equipped with a replacement fuse. We needed more than one, though, as we went through 6 trying to diagnose the problem. It was lighting with each new fuse, then blowing when the fan kicked on.
