I went to Home Depot to buy 10 or so bags to top off my stash. I was shocked to find the individual bag price was $4.55 and the full pallet price was $197 ($3.94 per bag). This was not the case a few weeks ago. Anyone else notice this change to the pricing?
 
The TSC near me charges more for individual bags, but the difference is only 35¢/bag over the ton price.
