the mashed potatoes were too thin, and the gravy was like water............the cranberry sauce was good, but a bit runny.........otherwise, it was a fine meal!

No way, wantstoburnwood...........I'm strickly a meat-n-potatoes cook, ..........I don't do "timed meals" like that. (I admit to having WANTED to be Alton Brown, but........).
I DID make the cranberry sauce from scratch.........no big deal..........and even IT was a tad runny. I should have let it boil about 2 minutes longer.
