I need an opinon on this stove

I know the name Vigelzang doesn't sit well in here, but I have friend who is really poor and is desperate need of help. Please take a look at these two links. I think there are comparable to the low end Summer's heat stoves. One is EPA certified and the other isnt, Just like Summers heat. If I can get it shipped to a harbor freight store for free, it would be a deal.

Have you been staying on top of the Hunnington area craigslist listings for wood stoves? There may be a better deal there. Otherwise I'd go for the American made Englander/Summer's Heat 13NC for about the same price as the $599 Chinese VG stove. You might also see what a 2 cu ft Buck stove is selling for in your area.
 
I've been looking on Craigslist. There are like three listings, I'm going to look at one on Saturday. As a rule the people are selling old worn out junk, and wanting top dollar for it.
