Yup one month after warranty for electrics is up igniter is bad.
Will check with dealer today. Hopefully they will cover it anyway.
Ballpark price for one of these for a P61?

Did a manual light and ran in stove temp mode. Did vary fan speed between low and off.
I know it isn't Winter yet, but the heat through the house seemed more even.
The upstairs seemed warmer too. Felt like we have a wood stove running.

Yes but you will use more pellets since we haven't reached anything close to mid winter cold yet....

We normally use Room Temp. Had to use Stove Temp for a couple of days.
Finished the igniter install. Next time will not take as long!
Corner install so not much room to work.

I believe you could have kept the stove in Room Temp mode and just set the Igniter switch to "Manual" while the ignitor was out of commission.

As far as I know, in room temp mode the stove will shut down if the room temp
stays at or above the setpoint regardless off igniter switch position. In stove temp mode it will maintain the fire and
stove temp even if you set it to the lowest setting.
Also, in stove temp mode you have this option: With the igniter switch on/auto,
the circulation fan will run constantly at the speed you select. With the igniter
switch in off, the circulation fan does not run but the stove temp will be maintained.
If you set the stove temp high enough with igniter switch off, the circulation fan will come on.
I think the book states somewhere around 350F. This mode is for ambiance!!

Others chime in if I have this wrong.

Here is an excerpt from the Accentra Insert manual under the heading of:
Igniter Switch set to "Manual"

The difference between "AUTO" Room Temperature
Mode and "Manual" Room Temperature Mode is that
the fire will not go out as the room temperature goes
above the control board setting. The unit can only go to
low burn and will remain there until it runs out of fuel or
until more heat is needed and the feed rate increases.

You are correct! I missed that.
I must be having a Senior moment!
Is this your first Winter with the Accentra?
We have cut our oil usage by 50% and are warmer. 24'X32' Cape
Enjoy, thanks for the info and Happy Holidays!

Our Accentra insert was installed in early February of this year, so we enjoyed a 1/3 of a winter with it.
We've been able to turn the propane furnace off to heat our home if we run the Accentra 24x7 in our 3000 sq ft home.
However, our February was not nearly as cold as January so we'll have to see how it does when the temps really drop.

I'm looking forward to enjoying my xmas brews by the stove this year!
Happy Holidays to you as well.

Xmas brews! :)
I started doing home brews last February. I made 5 batches.
Amazing the taste/quality. My first batch was a Pale Ale similar to Sierra Nevada.
Yup enjoy the coffee and the brews in front of the stove too!
