I have a Mt. Vernon AE being installed for 1350.00. It is a vertical install through a cathedral ceiling with 4 inch black piping. The dealer says the piping is double insulated with a cathedral support ending with a nice cap. The cathedral ceiling is about 12 ft or so. Is this a fair price?? Thoughts??

I'm having a mt vernon installed on the 28th for $1000-1200 thats vertical vented through second story(approx 26 ft) with exposed pipe on first floor painted black. pipe is 4 inch inner with 6 inch outer(selkirk) and outside air intake coming in through outer chamber of pipe.
