Loon, I was just telling my wife this morning that I plan on cleaning the chimney Sunday. I cleaned it last year at the end of December.

That has to really hurt. Insurance can furnish dollars to replace some stuff but what about the stuff that can not be replaced? Take family pictures for example. Many more things like that. One has to feel their hurt. Glad nobody was physically hurt though.
