I guess that's the name of the game when you are new to wood burning! I should have called it good this afternoon with the few small splits that I had going. But, I figured, it's only about 68 in the house, I'll through on a couple of big pieces. Well, I got those going and charred up really well and realized, hey, it's 40 degrees outside! Why did I add all this wood? So I dampered it down a little bit more than I normally would. Now I'm sitting here at work wondering how mad my neighbors are going to be with my wood smoke! Oh well, live and learn I guess!
