We had a nice little local car show today. It was great seeing the cars I grew up with. There was a '41 Buick there that really got me nostalgic. My mom took me to school in one up until 3d grade. It was a hoot to show my son these vehicles, he got a real kick out of it. It was great to see his face when I showed him a '21 Model T and explained to him how you started it.

I forgot to bring a camera and by the time I got back with one, several cars had left. There were 46 total at peak. But I did manage some shots for you motorheads. Enjoy!

And there was one custom car, built for fun from the ground up by a local engineer.

nice picts of the car show. feel free to show more when you get them

Next year I have to remember to bring the camera when the local car clubs convene. We get to see some very nice vehicles.

Thanks for posting BeGreen. Always a joy to see the old cars.

btw, I remember cranking the old Ford! I also remember a few folks with bad arms after cranking those old Fords! Hey, we even had a tractor we had to crank to start plus a John Deere A which you started by opening petcocks and then turning the flywheel. Fortunately I never got hurt starting the car or tractor. Lucky, I guess.
