Lookin for a saw around 45cc

Great...... I'm convinced the majority of refurbed equipment went back because of running issues caused by being to lean.

My blower and trimmer both needed richened a little. Both are in their third year of use with no issues.

Nice — they call it "n+1" in the cycling world, where n=any number of bikes you already have +1 more that you, er, feel you need/want. At least chainsaws don't take up as much room as bikes nor cost as much as the same "level" of enthusiast and even semi-pro bikes (fuggeddabout pro bikes; now we're talking multiples of chainsaws) ... that should be justification for you right there, if used correctly

Fed X delivered the saw today just as I was heading out to get a load of wood, had to go, no time to play with it , Man I was hopin they would come earlier so I could take it with, Fired it up at 11:45 , to let the neighbors know I'm alive n doin fine
Doesn't seem to be runnin right , when I give it just a little throttle it burbles/4 strokes a lot ,revs up good, ran it less than 10 min

It just needs tuned. Start with the L screw if its boggy when accelerating.

Tuned the saw up and cut some with it yesterday, no time to play with it today, splittin and stackin to be done.
Tomorrow , more fun, another dead ash will meet the new saw

I was thinking hmmm... that wood does look almost too good to split — vaguely crossed my mind to possibly cut some cookies, sand 'em, polish and polyurethane or something to make some dinner plates.

That Husqy looks mighty nice -- love the curves. Funny, the new Stihl 251 seems to have roundness and curves, too. Wonder if they are cribbing off each other. My 250 CBE already looks square and old school :lol:

Played with It a little today , I think I got er tuned in, couldn't really tell, cut a few 3-4" poles, can't really tell until I get in some real wood.
Oh ya ,Da, oil comes out the bottom while tuning in your deck, probably be a good sealer though

Could be off either way, rich or lean. Usually lean however.

I was looking for a saw with a lighter weight, than the Husky 61 and it is, it feels pretty good, should be a little less pain in the hands, elbows, and back when I don't need the power of the 61.

I think I got the 445 dialed in pretty good, starts good, idles fine, revs up good, four strokes at full throttle, and I put it in some 15" di ash, using the dogs it only bogged out when I pushed it too hard, and the saw did cut pretty well, as long as I let the saw do work, and that is with a low Pro chain on it that came with it, I will use that until it gets dull then put the new chisel chain on, IDEA, or maybe I should take the low Pro off now and just use it for backup ?
I still think am going to get me a tech tac tt 20k
