jay has one, he'll let you know how good.....

Actually, Jay has an Omega, but I agree that he will more than likely know a lot about most of the Enviro line. Just send him a PM

Anybody know anything about these stoves? Any problems can the handle fines? Are they as good as some of the better know brands?

This stove can handle just about anything you throw into it. It has four or five burn settings. It is a multi-fuel stove which is all steel, unlike the Maxx or the Omega, which are more decorative. 60,000 BTU is impressive. The burn pot and agitator is similar if not the same as the Omega and Maxx.

The Enviro's have been around for a long time and are built very well. The Evolution is mostly all steel(has a few cast pieces-top) and are easy to get replacements for. They also offer a few Stainless dress up items(optional stainless steel sides and hopper lid).

Manual can be downloaded here:

Tech manual here:

As far as I know the Evolution is NOT a multifuel stove but will handle most pellets well. Best to stay with a pellet that has less than .75% ash content. The lower the ash the better!

Roughly what year is it and how much are they asking??

x2 Sorry, I had the M55 on the brain...thought we were talking about that...Evolution in the wood pellet, like the Omega without the multi-fuel option. Sorry.
