I have a Lopi Northfield with Green Smart. If I disconnect the power or a power loss occurs the pilot will go out and will not re-ignite on either CPI or IPI...I have replaced the 4 AAs and still no change...and the unit operates as it should with power/110v connected...Any ideas on what the issue could be.....

Follow all wire leads make sure everything is connected. Check batteries are connected. Check there is not more than one battery pack on the stove... Some have more than one as one could power a split flow or remote, or something other than backup for the valve.
