There is No piezo igniter for this fireplace, How do I turn pilot.

Can you post a pic from a little further away? This unit uses a piezo for spark. It has to be there somewhere. A pic from further away should show us where it’s supposed to be mounted.
 
It looks like the sparker electrode wire is there? Tough to tell but you have a black wire coming from the pilot assembly that doesn't attach to anything? Personally I'd just take the glass of and use a grill lighter

It's hard to tell from a picture but what is this? And id still just take the glass off and light it.

Hey man. I above photo that I drew the big red arrow on. What does that black wire go to?
 
Left of the valve just past the brown wire. The mount plate is loose, has the push button ignition next to the fan speed control knob. Have you tried following the wire from the pilot?
My pilot area has the gas line in, thermocouple, thermopile, and starter. An inspection mirror and flashlight should assist in locating yours
 
Your ignitor wire is right there. It's the black one just follow it where does it go
