I have ordered a Mt. Vernon AE. I am in the process of ordering a corner stove board, but am unsure of the minimal requirements for this stove. I wanted to get a stove board which is 48" X 48". Is this enough space?

I think it will work but I can't be certain without a bunch of math since they don't show the corner install very well in the manual.

Easiest way to figure it out is to make a scale cardboard cutout and put it where you want. Then see if the hearth pad would work. You only need 6" in front of the glass covered.
