Good Morning,

I have a pellet Napoleon NPS 45 and the pellets are not lighting up.. Its dropping fine but will not light. I am going to do a thorough cleaning. What else should I be looking for or doing?

In that case you need to replace the igniter, maybe it is a good time to learn how to manually light the stove.
