Need help with Lopi

Will try and make this short.


Alright I am installing double wall stove pipe.

From my Lopi Leyden wood stove I need a double wall connector to the stove. I just bought one from Dura-Vent and it does not sit on the stove right, does Lopi make one that fits better?

From the stove on up I want to connect double wall stove pipe, I have a close clearance adapter to a ceiling support box but the ceiling adapter is single wall do I need to buy a finishing collar to connect the close clearance adapter to it?

This is one of those projects that I probably should have paid someone else to do it?

A picture of what you are talking about can speak volumes to those here that might know more about what you are trying to connect.

Is the pipe not going down far enough into the stove? Some stoves have stops inside where the pipe goes to prevent it from going into far.

No its just the way the flue collar is shaped a single wall sits nicely in it while a double wall connector interferes. I will try and get some pictures posted later.
