Got a new Stihl 250 recently liked the way it felt nice and light, good for smaller stuff up to about 20 inches, cut about 3 cords of locust,a cord of cherry and she froze up.The oiler went bad Stihl replaced it turnaround time 2 days, not bad chit happens.

It happens to all brands, in all types of machines. At least you got it straightened out.

It's not that there IS a problem, it is how the problem is handled. Chit happens. Sounds like you have a good dealer.

As some here know very well, a lousy dealer can totally screw up the very best product. Glad to hear such a positve experience.
