There arn't any in Nova Scotia even though Shaw resources have a plant here
For the past month or so if you wanted pellets, you have to drive to a building supply outlet usually out of town and get in a line up to buy a rationed 10 bags per car. First though you have to phone every store that might carry pellets to see who has a meagre supply.
They shut down several pulp mills in the province over the past few years and passed up the opportunity to convert these plants to pellet production thus keeping the men in the woods busy and the rest of us with wood fuel for our stoves
There are 10s of thousands of very angry homeowners around here and with good reason
