I have a US stove co 5500m with the older style abc control board. Stove was manufactured July of 2008. This is my third winter with the stove. Yesterday I had very little blowing out of the room blower. So I shut it down gave it a very very thorough deep cleaning since I've been using it for a month already. I had already cleaned the exhaust pipe prior to starting it up for the winter but I pulled it again and deep cleaned it. I pulled both blower motors and deep clean them as well and found that I had a lot of buildup on the room blower. Installed a new door gasket because it failed the dollar test miserably and I had typical bad burning going on. Got it all back together and fired it up and now it blows air fantastically but the air is hardly even warm. I'm running this thing at absolutely full speed right now and it's struggling to keep my 1000 square foot house above freezing. Any ideas?

Appears you are not getting enough draft. Most of the time this is caused by a dirty stove a blockage that you can not see or reach. This could be plugged stove behind the ash traps, plugged holes in the burn pot or ash under the burn pot. Exhaust blower could also be getting weak. If you can try leaf blower trick using a leaf blower with vacuum capabilities you suck the ash out off stove from outside your house. You could try resetting the board. You can try increasing the draft with the B button. Make sure nothing is blocking the air intake path do you have outside air kit or draw room air?

Reset: You can do this by pressing and holding the B & C buttons until a P-1 appears. Then use the heat range up arrow you go to P-9 and then press ON. this will turn the stove off and reset the board. On start up watch the board it will flash a v.?? the ?? will be either a 14,15,20,21,25 or a 26 this will let you know which version software is installed on this board and will help in future.

Depending on what version of ABC board you have the B button will change draft settings see attached tech manual for different versions.
