PB105 175 MAX TEMP PLEASE HELP

INSTALLED A PB105 TWO WEEKS AGO AND W/ THE FEED RATE ON 6 AND THE MAX TEMP ON 185 BOILER DOESNT GET ANY HOTTER THEN 175. ANY SUG... I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE SAYING THERE BOILER HANGS AROUND 190 200... PLEASE HELP THANX
 
Hello welcome to the forum. Please post as much info about your setup so we can help you on here.

What pellets are you burning? Is the circulator pump running? The load on the boiler might be higher than its max BTU output with the pellets you are using.

If the circulator is off the boiler should have no problem reaching your setpoint and exceeding it if you are on the manual setting.

How is your combustion? Light gray inside or black? Any unburned pellets being pushed out of the pot? You may have to turn down the feed rate. I have had success at 3 but everyone's setup is different. Hopefully we can help you out here.
