I have a PelPro bayview insert and this winter im having issues with pellets building up in the pot.

It will run for half a day or so then i have to stop it and clean out the burn pot.

Iv checked the OAK and it is clear and i have the fan turned up all the way but im still not getting movement of the pellets?

Is this a sign of a fan on the way out?

You could check your combustion fan blades and any air passages. Maybe a good leak blower trick.

Yes, seems like a lack of combustion air but i cant figure out why.

Can the fan blades be cleaned with out removing the whole combustion fan?

Like I said, you have to do a full cleaning as per your manual
I do not know of any way to clean a fan without removal
Ash is a pellet stove's worst enemy
