PelPro 130 problem

We have a couple of PelPro 130s.

On one of them (one is seldom used, I need to check it), the right side inner baffle plate support rail, is totally rusted away, the other 3 appear to be in good shape.

These are NOT available from PelPro, so I fabricated our own replacement, and installed it yesterday.

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue?
