Don,t know crap about these,just bought couple bags cuz i'm a sucker for tryin diff brands, LOL. This was in Presque Isle Maine an hour ago.Whats with the NO TAX ON Pellets, never heard of that,or is it a Maine thing..$4.60/Bag, cash and carry.No discount/Pallet.

Theres no tax on any pellets in the US or for that matter heating oil or gas.

that is not true... It all depends on what county you are in. In my county I have 4%..

there is a link to this that someone has...
 
Taxed on pellets and fuel oil here in Ohio at 7%.

BTW we also get taxed on just about everthing else also.
 
too bad presqe Isle is 8 hrs drive from me!!
 
Those must be the left overs from the Sam's club sale when they were $209 a ton, with no tax.
 
Highly possible,since there are no Sams club stores really near us,think possibly Bangor being closest one at 2.5hrs away.
