I have a Pinnacle PDV 20 natural gas stove. The pilot lights normally and stays lit but about 30 seconds after the unit is turned on the pilot will go out and the unit will shutdown. I first replaced the pilot assembly since it's old but the issue didn't resolve itself so I replaced the honeywell valve with a new SIT 820 valve. Unfortunately the exact same issue is still happening with the new pilot assembly and new valve. I have checked the voltages of the thermalpile and get a reading of aprox 400mv when pilot is lit with leads disconnected from the valve. With the leads connected to the valve and the unit turned on I get around 190mv until the pilot goes out and then it starts dropping. I have verified the polarity of the wires and connected the red to the TP and the white to the TPTH. Unit is vented straight out the back wall to the outside. I'm not sure what to do next or what could be the culprit unless an air leak in the front glass gasket could be an issue? It appears to be sealed good.
