This is in the philippines,can tell by the tagolog language. They do have a lot of very bright sun there. ELectric is expensive as it usually is generated with oil as a fuel source. Solar hot water is not utilized there near as much as it should be.

Actually they could get a lot more light simply by adding a clear fiberglass roof section(poor mans skylight) Like they sell for covered patios.

Trump- ya, but it's crazy to look at what's available to buy, and how much money they don't have there.

DaveH9- absolutely. I love those simple homemade techs like the solar and rocket cookers. Amazing what a difference it can make in their quality of life and security.

I think it'll split open some time in November- unless you juice it with antifreeze. A nice fluorescent green light...
