Just bought a new pleasant hearth cab50 on Monday this week and it’s already having issues. The exhaust and convection blowers both randomly cut out and it has random misfires when trying to start up. It ran the first night I got it on low with no issues and starting it up after that it does the cutting out of the blowers and won’t fire. Exhaust is clean as it was put in the same time as the stove. Any ideas where to start. Customer service told me to try cleaning it so not much help there. I don’t think a new stove should be having issues already but it’s making me want to go back to wood burners.
