Question on my install??

I have 25 feet of 6in ss flex and foil back ceramic insulation to go with it. I will only need about 22 to 23 feet to do the job. I was going to stuff some of the leftover insulation in around the top before capping it up. The question I have is should I also stuff it in at the bottom? What are your thoughts??

ps I plan on posting some before and after shots
