I have a Ravelli Francesca that's approx. 6 years old.
Is there a way to turn up the fan speed?
It appears that these are quite secretive in the information I can find online.

No big secrets....I can send you the Technical Manual which has the password to change the operating parameters. Do you have an RDS stove? or non-RDS? (different manuals)
