Hello,
I have a Ravelli Francesca that's approx. 6 years old.
It has been thoroughly cleaned. My problem is that it starts up nicely and then little by little the flame dies down to very minimal and then may get a little bigger, but not like it used to. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?
Thanks,

Perhaps the auger motor needs cleaning/lubrication?

Or, the auger is bound-up with pellet dust. Empty the hopper and vacuum the auger.
