Didn't know how broke it was until it was fixed.

Fired her up for the second time this season (40F or worse in Icey Hollow tonight). Minimal noise (but I'm thinking I got used to warbling for 2 years )

Nice & quiet, love it.

Did you replace the whole unit or just the blower motor?

I just added a blower kit to my S27. I'm hoping it does something for the $300 + tax it cost!

The whole unit was replaced under warranty.

Keep it cleaned every couple years. They gather dust quick!

Yep, you're right, Hogs !! I couldn't believe what the inside of that looked like !!

Plan on taking it out once a year and giving it a good cleaning.

I'm amazed at the quietness now. Been awhile, don't remember the original being that quiet.
