A Question
I have a new Harman Advance and It seams to be running great. the only thing I am worried about Is sometimes when the pellets are feeding there is a snapping noise like a pellet gets caught between the auger and makes a snapping noise. You can here the pellets tinkling down and it is as If a door is shutting and a pellet Is caught and Is snapped In half. One time It was like someone hit the stove with a wrench. I am burning Rocky Mountain,Okanagan and LG.About 5 bags so far. My question to you Is Is this normal or should I call the dealer and have them take a look
