There was a Thread ahile back, with. Guy, who's parents had one (Magic Heat) hooked up to a Quad Mt. Vernon. I would believe that its a PITA to clean the fly ash out of. Also there would be an airflow restriction (I believe). But maybe it would work. Looking forward to his this thread pans out

There are pictures on here of an install someone did with their pellet furnace.

They used a normal everyday stackrobber and tied it in using the chimney adapters that you would use if you were going to connect your pellet vent to a normal metal chimney.

I thought it was pretty cool. There is definitely a lot of heat that can be recovered using one.
 
Turbulators, coil springs, and a slightly larger convection blower might be easier on the venting.
