It could be Sugar...or not. Need a better pic to make a good guess; That one looks artificially yellow. A pic of a larger piece of bark might help, as would a pic of the exposed wood. A pic of some leaves would really tell the tale...
 
yeah i just have the wood cut and split from wood guy
ill try and get another pic

yeah i asked the wood guy last night when he brought me my last load if it was sugar maple and he siad yes
and alittle ash and silver birch. and i had him throw in alitlle bit of cedar for kinlding
