Found a used super jolly grinder for $175. Opinions please.

What is it a chain grinder or a coffee grinder?

Hahaha I love my 3/4 pot of coffee in the morn but this is a tecomec super jolly chain grinder. Yum coffee. Think I'll go make some decaf

Think this one has the hydraulic chain clamp. Just wondering if it is worth pursuing.
