I'm waiting on one that a metal guy I know is fabricating for me...until then, this is what I've lived with. Fortunately, the guy at Stove Builder International (who manufacture the Drolet) is being very helpful, and is sending a new one ASAP.

Has anyone else had this kind of trouble?

wow that looks bad.I have an eco-45 and that part does not look familiar to me. My burnpot is cracking down the middle....I wonder if the "guy"might want to replace that for me,its still under warranty.

Thats the type of baffle I have but mine has held up well. How did that happen to yours?

Here is a link (broken link removed to http://www.drolet.ca/contact-us.aspx) see if they can help you if your dealer can't.

We have found the people at SBI very responsive. Email the pictures and stove serial number if its under warrenty.

They have been very responsive at SBI, and I did email them the pictures and the serial number, but I don't know if I'll be able to wait that long, which is why I'm having this guy make one for me. When you look in the stove, you can actually see the baffle hanging down...and I'm afraid that it's going to fall on the burn pot while I'm out or sleeping.
So far it's been ok, but now I'm paranoid.

out of curiosity who did you talk to at SBI? was it Ron, i found him to be wicked helpful with all my Flame and Drolet service questions
