when I went to light the stove pellets would not stop feeding and would choke out the fire. I sent for a new control board and when I took out the old one I noticed the 6 prong white plug was half out. I plugged it in and had the same results. I noticed a humming sound and the smoke from the choked fire would not be blown out. so I took out the ash pan turned the wheel on the fan and it was slightly stuck. It freed easily and I spun it by hand both ways plugged the stove in and it lit and is running perfect with the old control board. fan seized over the 6 months the stove was off so remember this if you have a similar problem

after a few minutes after lighting it and it get buried and choked out by the pellet feed I shut it down so I dont know if it would have shut down on its own but I doubt it

That is an important safety switch. You should test it in case it failed closed somehow. If you have a meter you can test it without power on the stove. The contacts should show open (with all wires off) (large ohms) and closed (small ohms) when you gently suck on the switch with a piece of hose.
Edit - Another good test is to disconnect the hose from the switch and try to run
